We sell one digital guide, and we collect only what we need to take your payment, deliver the file, and answer your email. We don't sell your data, to anyone, ever.
01What we collect
When you buy the guide or create an account, we collect the details needed to complete that transaction:
- Your name and email address, to send your receipt, deliver the download link, and reach you about your order.
- Billing information, your billing address and the country you're purchasing from, used for tax and fraud prevention.
- Order history, the products you've bought and your download activity, so the guide stays available in your account.
We never see or store your full card number, that goes straight to our payment processor (see below).
02How we use it
Your information is used to deliver what you paid for and to support you afterward. Specifically: processing your order, giving you access to your download, sending the receipt and any important order updates, and responding when you email us. With your separate consent, we may send occasional updates about new editions, you can unsubscribe from any of those in one click.
03Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. When you check out, your card details are sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection; we receive only a confirmation that the payment succeeded and a token we can't use to charge you again without your action. Stripe's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
04Cookies & analytics
We use a small number of cookies to keep your cart and login working, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages people read. These help us improve the guide and the site. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the cart and account areas may not work fully without them.
05Who we share with
We share data only with the services that make the store run, our payment processor, our hosting provider, and our email-delivery service, and only the minimum each one needs. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law.
06Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you're in a region with specific data rights (such as the EU/UK or California), those rights apply here too. Just email us and we'll take care of it.
07How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed for tax and accounting obligations, and your account details until you ask us to close the account. After that, we delete or anonymize what we no longer need.
