01The guarantee
We want the guide to earn its price back many times over. If it doesn't help, for any reason, you're covered for 30 days from your purchase date. You don't need to prove anything or jump through hoops; if you're not satisfied, you get your money back.
02How to request a refund
- Email help@deliveryappsecrets.com from the address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number (it's on your receipt and in your account under Orders).
- A one-line reason helps us improve the guide, but it's optional.
That's it. We'll confirm by email and process the refund.
03When you'll get it
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. We approve eligible requests within two business days, and your bank typically posts the funds within 5–10 business days after that. Once a refund is issued, access to the download is removed from your account.
04Digital products & returns
Because the guide is delivered instantly as a PDF, there is nothing to ship back and no physical return is required or possible. The 30-day guarantee above replaces a traditional returns process. Outside the 30-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable, but if something went wrong, a failed download, a duplicate charge, or a file you couldn't open, email us and we'll always make it right.
